Work-From-Home Blog Purpose
One of your first tasks in the Million Dollar Blueprint is to create a Work-From-Home Blog like this one and host it on your chosen domain as a sub-domain ‘work-from-home’.
The purpose of this is many fold.
Firstly, it provides a journal of your business building journey and a forum in which to communicate with your team members about any updates that will be beneficial to them
Secondly, it provides you with valuable hands on training on Blog Mechanics:
- how to create a sub-domain,
- how to install a WordPress blog,
- how to install a blog template,
- how to install Plugins,
- how to modify your blog presentation,
- how to manage your blog
- how to monetize your blog so you can earn money
- how to optimize your blog for the Search Engines
Thirdly, it provides a rudimentary introduction to the world of web-mastering and web-site creation in preparation for the Niche Site creation portion of the NZPCS Million Dollar Blueprint.
A blog is one of the most basic web-sites you can create. In fact, a blog is so simple to manage that many use nothing else but a blog for their website and never move on to creating a ‘real’ website ever!
Of course the choice is yours in this program. This is your business. However we will be showing you how to do both.
If you are new to the concept of blogging and would like some more info, have a look on the right in this blog for “My Projects“. In the list you will see a link to one of my niche sites “Blogging Success“. While there, sign up for my e-course “7 Days to Blogging Success”
How To Use This Blog
This Blog is complimentary to the main NZPCS Instruction site and in no way replaces the need to refer to it.
Million Dollar Blueprint Guide:
Use this blog as your online business building guide. I shall be posting a lot of updates and “How-To” instructions for the NZPCS Affiliate program so bookmark it and return to it often. When you have created your own work-from-home blog you can link to it.
As a NZPCS Member you are welcome to use the information here for your own work-from-home blog but remember to change any referral links to your own otherwise when you introduce someone to your blog I will get the referral credits (thank you for your kind donation -LOL)
You will note that some of the pages are password protected. If you haven’t been directly referred to it as one of my personal referrals just send me a private message in the NZPCS Forum and I will disclose the password to you.
It’s still a work in progress as most blog are and I have a ton of information to upload and different things I am experimenting with.
Social Networking:
Our Work-From-Home Blog is the place where we host our numerous RSS feeds for different sites and blogs, so once you have created yours remember to network with other NZPCS Members through the NZPCS Forum and link to their work-from-home blogs; they in turn will reciprocate.
Create a Web-Log Journal:
You don’t have to write a post every day but it is good to jot down some notes of your experiences when completing different aspects of the program. This provides interesting content for readers and search engines alike. My 7 Days to Blogging Success Ecourse will help you with this.
